We chose this place for lovely and incredible location short walk to the centre of town, local shops and attractions, and the grounds, and great prices. Loved well-equipped and excellent quality room for bedside table.

Stayed here with my small dog and overall really enjoyed this apartment. The room was big size for bedside table, pleasant to stay in.

I had excellent stay during our visit!
Did not want to leave - I would have stayed for longer. Rooms were brand-new and compact, the location was marvellous! Staff was friendly and especially helpful. I appreciated provided an ironing set, coffee/tea making facilities, and television. There was clean bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The room was new-fashioned and for bedside table. Knowledgeable stuff and we greatly enjoyed the host.
It's a pity but the bathroom was cramped.

great location really close to restaurants/, aviemore centre and the skiing do bars, and the room was modern. staff was helpful and knowledgeable, assisted us with everything. thoroughly enjoyed an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a tv set available.

The rooms here are of high standard, modern, and include one queen-size bed and two futon mats, and the location is incredibly close to everything.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It was great to have off-road car parking available on the grounds. The shower in the room was also a highlight, providing a great water pressure and a refreshing experience.
The room did not live up to expectations. It was much smaller than anticipated, leaving very little space to move around and no room for side tables or chairs.

As a couple visiting Aviemore for a short stay, we were impressed by the exceptional quality of Sweeney Rooms. The modern design, comfortable bed, and convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and sink made our stay enjoyable. The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. With ample off-road parking available, we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
